The group then moved into team relays, and 5 teams were created. The use of the Hi-Stepper and SAQ (Speed, Agility and Quickness) ladders were introduced to the group. The set-up of the relays can be seen below;
1. Short Sprints
2. Hi-Stepper
3. SAQ Ladders (Two feet in each square)
4. Hi-Stepper
5. SAQ Ladders (One foot in each square)

Each team had 5 pupils in and the station was completed twice through by each team. When the pupils complete the station, they sit down in their teams and are ready to be moved to the next station. Action from the relays can be seen below;
Try not to hit the hurdles
Two feet in each and drive the arms!
Motivate and encourage your team's performance!
